Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized orders
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, items purchased on sale or gift cards cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day EU Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
